The inspiration for me starting the 3PBD network was noticing a need for a strategic collaboration of companies who place the value of relationships above treating clients as just transactions. In the age of "hustle culture", "always be closing" and living by KPI's, I prefer to adopt a behavior of helping people first and developing a trust that makes clients and colleagues more than just a dollar figure or statistics on a spreadsheet. I have a passion for networking and helping entrepreneurs. I consider most of my clients and colleagues as my friends.
